About the Role

Packsize is looking for an experienced Program Manager to organize and coordinate programs and projects across the organization. The successful candidate will be engaged in developing, implementing, and sustaining projects with large Enterprise customers in the rapidly growing e-commerce industry.

The primary objective of the Program Manager will be the delivery of all contractual requirements relating to scope, schedule, budget, and quality for projects across the organization. To ensure end-to-end customer success, the Program Manager will establish and maintain a strong working relationship with supplier and customer counterparts at all levels of these organizations, as well as with cross-functional teams across Packsize.

The ideal candidate will have experience staying highly organized to manage tasks and priorities across multiple projects simultaneously. They will be a strong collaborator, and have the ability to advise and engage senior Packsize leaders on risks, priorities, and overall team progress. They will take charge in clearing roadblocks to achieve the vision. They will be a strong communicator, with the ability to distill technical and program performance information into concise status reports for both customers and Packsize Senior Leadership. They should also have an analytical acumen to develop and track KPIs and assess business impact.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate with Sales and Solutions Engineering teams to capture all customer requirements and engineered solutions in a Statement of Work (SOW)
  • Develop and maintain schedule and budget to implement the designed Packsize solution
  • Create and maintain Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies (RAID) log for each assigned project
  • Communicate and manage checklist of required customer facility modifications needed to support installation of Packsize equipment
  • Manage all internal and external teams and processes to ensure all teams meet schedule requirements and timelines
  • Track installation project costs and expenses
  • Rapidly address and clear any roadblocks or issues that arise before or during the installation process.
  • Oversee Customer Acceptance Testing to ensure a successful project go-live
  • Maintain customer relationship after go-live to discover future project opportunities
  • Continuously support organizational improvement by performing after-action reviews and 5-why problem solving discussions in a timely manner
  • Uncover opportunities to streamline Packsize processes and procedures
  • Responsible for understanding how our Enterprise Corporations operate including understanding their business processes, and budget cycles.
  • Understand who the decision makers and influential people are within the organization, and they will be able to establish partnerships to generate additional opportunities to increase scope and revenue with existing customers.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or other related field and 6+ years previous Project or Program Management experience
  • Experience interacting with and managing customers of any size
  • Problem solver with willingness to reach out to all functional areas within Packsize to solve challenges that arise
  • Technical acumen - either possess or have the ability to understand highly technical and complex areas of the business relating to the machine hardware or software capabilities and limitations
  • Excellent leadership skills in a matrix environment - possess the emotional intelligence to build and maintain career capital to leverage for organization influence to achieve strategic objectives
  • Self-driven and motivated to manage projects with limited oversight and input

  • Sit/stand at a desk for prolonged periods, primarily sedentary work
  • Communicate with others to exchange information
  • Operate standard office equipment that may require repetitive motions of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers
  • Perform tasks that require bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying to move objects

What We Offer

The salary range for this role is $116,300 - $133,000 however, Packsize considers several factors when determining compensation when extending a job offer, including but not limited to, the role being offered, the associated responsibilities, the candidate's prior work experience, education/training, and any special skills.
