Join us as a Product Operations Manager!

BMC's dynamic corporate teams are strategic and trusted advisors to the global organization supporting, enhancing, and driving BMC's vision, culture, growth, and so much more. Each individual within the corporate teams is a valued partner to the overarching success of BMC's employees and customers.

As the Product Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in defining BMC's internal tools and services strategy for BMC's Product organizations. You will play a key role in developing the business case and managing the rollout of tools and services that increase organizational productivity and support Product-Led Growth (PLG) initiatives including developing and executing plans to rollout AI tools across BMC's product organization and enabling data insights to support PLG. As the Product Operations Manager you will have the unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI technologies and drive impact across our organization.

Here is how, through this exciting role, YOU will contribute to BMC's and your own success:

  • Establish thought leadership in the product teams tech stack by researching, evaluating and making recommendations to senior leadership on Tools and Services that will help support Product Organizations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Legal and product management, to define and execute internal tools/services strategy and governance.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, track progress, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  • Track and report on metrics to measure the effectiveness of Tools and Services.
  • Collaborate with external partners and vendors to leverage their expertise and resources as needed.

To ensure you are set up for success, you will bring the following skillset & experience:

  • You hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • You have 2- 5 years of proven experience in product management, product operations or related roles in the technology industry as well as a strong understanding of product development lifecycles and project management methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as a solid background with data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Familiarity with Enterprise SaaS and agile product development methodologies are a plus.
  • Experience working with AI technologies is a plus.
