We are looking for a Marketing Technology Manager to lead the development and evolution of several core marketing platform capabilities. You will be responsible for creating a roadmap: a plan with dependencies and key dates to reach marketing goals, while in some cases also supporting product and sales goals. This role involves focused execution and partnering with many stakeholders across ezCater to help them improve the customer experience and achieve measurable impact through the use of our platform capabilities.  

This is a full-time position reporting to the head of Marketing Technology. We are building a new MarTech team at ezCater that partners closely with marketing managers, marketing operations, analytics teams (marketing, product and sales), data and engineering teams, as well as technology vendors, agencies & consultants to advance our MarTech capabilities and support ezCater’s growth ambitions. 

In addition to enabling marketing, the team often operates at the nexus of marketing-led growth, product-led growth and sales-led growth motions and provides advanced technology and data capabilities to improve customer experience and drive business impact. On a given day, you might: facilitate brainstorming with a XFN group; lead a workshop around test cell creation and experiment design; or, work with marketing, design, analytics, data and engineering teams to implement a new personalization use case powered by our Customer Data Platform (CDP).

What You'll Do: 

• As a Marketing Technologist in Marketing Technology, you will play a critical leadership role in driving growth by shaping both our Customer Data Platform (CDP) roadmap as well as our web and app analytics data foundation
• Drive the vision and develop a roadmap for ezCater’s Customer Data Platform (CDP) and personalization to create seamless and intuitive user experiences across both B2C and B2B motions
• Collaborate with diverse stakeholders and teams across functions to foster camaraderie that helps drive the business forward
• Drive the vision and develop a roadmap for ezCater’s web and app analytics foundation to create a high-quality, “single source of truth” for data that enables marketing and product teams to optimize experiences and outcomes for our users.
• Build deep empathy for ezCater users and become their biggest champion
• Lead initiatives across a cross-functional team including Marketing, Marketing Analytics, Product, Product Analytics, Data Engineering, External Vendors and Agencies to build and improve MarTech functionalities and user experiences
• Work closely with your collaborators to prioritize and define the scope of new features, delivering innovative and data-driven ways to improve growth
• Continuously identify areas for innovation and improvement, and implement strategies to keep us ahead, ensuring our site and app deliver an unparalleled user experience

What You Have:

• 5+ years of technical project or product management experience, ideally with marketing, marketing technology and both B2B and B2C models
• Strong technical background in marketing technology (e.g., not necessarily software engineering, but deep experience with marketing technology SaaS vendors, CDPs, integrations, web and app analytics, data platforms, etc.)
• Strong equitable leadership, robust communication and collaboration with large stakeholder groups, experience with XFN prioritization and alignment to drive impact
• Experience working with large, complex stakeholder groups

The national cash compensation range for this role is $116,000 - $152,000*
