Overview

Want to help lead transformational channel marketing and consumer experience strategy for a Fortune 200 Company with iconic brands? If you have a bachelor's degree along with seven plus years of relevant brand/performance marketing experience, we want to speak with you! We are currently looking for a Marketing Activations Sr. Manager in Richmond, VA, but are open to a remote working arrangement.

What you will be doing:

  • Lead Enterprise-wide marketing strategies across multiple owned and paid channels including Loyalty, Direct Mail, SMS/RMM, Content Strategy, Paid Digital Channels and Events/Experiential.
  • Lead a team of channel marketers in the development of test strategies to deliver against enterprise learning objectives and unlock insights that inform data-based channel optimization.
  • Accountable for leading team in defining optimal rollout plans and Go-To-Market strategies for new products.
  • Accountable for handling Enterprise-wide channels budget.
  • Influence across the organization to drive channel automation that will deliver triggered communications based on consumer behavior and aligned to prioritized business goals.
  • Ability to inspire team to generate impactful creative that delights consumers.
  • Lead team (internal and with agency partners) to transform ways of working and processes to meet needs of an evolving marketing ecosystem.
  • Lead and mentor an integrated marketing team to be successful marketers who reach their fullest potential and grow in their careers.

We want you to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or comparable field
  • 7+ years of relevant brand/performance marketing experience
  • 3+ years' experience as a confirmed people leader with experience developing and using the capabilities of successful teams.
  • Experience driving employee adoption of change, focusing on equipping people to adopt and transform processes, systems, and technology.
  • Experience as a strategic thinker-someone who can work backwards from destination state and map out the landmarks to get there; able to connect tactical delivery work to longer-term objectives.
  • Background running multiple marketing channels and optimizing channel performance based on data.
  • A solid results orientation, with a clear focus on achieving measurable short-term and long-term goals.
  • Deep understanding of the marketing technology landscape - capabilities, tools, platforms, suppliers, emerging trends, key challenges.
  • Background working in an agile planning and delivery environment, with an ability to apply an iterative delivery mentality to planning and performing work.
  • Familiarity with the key principles of project management, e.g., understands the relationship between scope, schedule, budget.
  • Proven ability to create a project plan and influence strategy with business partners, both with and without authority
  • A growth mindset to find better ways of working and grit to persevere despite changes and challenges.

The starting salary is based on but not limited to experience, knowledge, and qualifications in determining compensation decisions. The Salary Range for this position is: $124,900.00 - $190,450.00 / annually.
