As a Workday Analyst reporting to the Director, Dashboards & Reporting, you will play a critical role in developing, designing, and maintaining a holistic suite of reports within Workday. The role involves collaborating with various stakeholders across HR to understand reporting requirements, translating them into actionable reports, and ensuring data accuracy and integrity. This position will play a crucial role in optimizing our organization's reporting capabilities to support informed decision-making and transforming raw data into meaningful insights that drive strategic processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, design and implement data solutions, and produce visualizations that enable informed decision-making. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities:

  • Interact with business leaders, stakeholders and key boundary partners across HR to develop and maintain a cohesive and holistic suite of reports within Workday.
  • Interpret data, analyze results, and provide actionable recommendations to support business objectives.
  • Customize existing and create new reports to address evolving business requirements.
  • Streamline the internal customer experience within Workday by eliminating redundancies within the catalog of available reports, ensure that existing offerings meet stakeholder needs and that stakeholders can easily find what they need within the tool.
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity of data within reports by conducting regular audits and troubleshooting data discrepancies.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on report navigation, interpretation, and utilization.
  • Stay updated on Workday releases, new features, and best practices related to reporting and dashboarding functionalities.
  • Document report specifications, data mappings, and configurations for future reference and auditing purposes.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives related to Workday implementation, upgrades, and enhancements.
  • Stay current on evolving technologies, tools, and methodologies, including AI.
  • Identify consistent, valid, and reliable metrics and reporting that support Cox's business and people objectives. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and implement enhancements to optimize efficiency.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 4 years' experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 2 years' experience; a Ph.D. and up to 1 year of experience; or 8 years' experience in a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in developing and maintaining reports in Workday
  • Create reporting and data automations using a combination of tools and languages including Workday, SQL, Tableau, Alteryx, Python, R.
  • Proficiency in Workday Report Writer and advanced knowledge of Workday report types, calculated fields, and data sources.
  • Proven experience as a Workday Report Analyst or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of Workday HCM modules and reporting functionalities.


USD 77,800.00 - 116,800.00 per year
Compensation:
Compensation includes a base salary of $77,800.00 - $116,800.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.
Benefits:
The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members.
