What you will do:

As the Lead Conversion Specialist, you will support sales representatives and channel partners in administrative areas such as order processing, customer quotes, sales information management, product training and financing.

  • Support the oversight of customer pack conversions.
  • Communicate inventory back orders to the sales team.
  • Partner with the commercial teams to explore potential opportunities to maximize pack opportunities.
  • Develop and enhance meaningful business relationships with key distributor contacts.
  • Work closely with cross functional teams to improve business processes, reporting metrics and shared service and supply chain efficiencies.
  • Provide leadership for business unit sales team related to distributor tactics, and motivating factors.
  • Actively participate in routine business reviews with large customers.
  • Communicate consistently and frequently with sales, marketing, demand planning and indirect channels any observed issues with our distribution partners.
  • Serve as the SME on all kitting and distribution language, key point of contact for pack conversions and escalations with distributor partners.

What you need:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 4+ years experience in the healthcare sector specifically sales and/or marketing.
  • Distribution channel commercial experience preferred.
  • Sales, Marketing or Operations Management, Supply Chain or Distribution experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate others.

* Must be able to work onsite 2-3 days a week at our 1941 Stryker Way Portage MI location

Travel Percentage: 20%
