We seek a talented and results-oriented Junior Financial Analyst to join our amazing finance team. In this role, you will analyze financial data, generate insightful reports, and support the decision-making process.

As a Junior Financial Analyst, you will:

  • Build up the financial models for new projects and business (SaaS, IT, marketing);
  • Participate in budgeting and forecasting;
  • Track and analyze financial KPIs;
  • Prepare financial and management reports with assessments;
  • ​​Collaborate with managers to define, implement, and track KPIs and metrics that align with financial objectives;
  • Participate in reporting automation.

You will definitely be successful in this role if you have:

  • 1+ year experience in analysis (preliminary IT, SaaS);
  • At least an Upper Intermediate level of English (B2-C1) and Fluent Ukrainian;
  • Understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards;
  • Experience with financial reports (PL, BS, CF);
  • Financial modeling and budgeting skills;
  • Advanced experience with Google Sheets;
  • Analytical skills, and experience extracting actionable insights from data.
