The Role
As an Information Technology (IT) Administrator based in our Seattle, WA office, you will be an important part of ensuring that Amperity employees have the support needed in the daily use of technology around the office. You will answer questions and resolve office and technical issues through an IT ticketing system. You will assist with computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, office products, and electronic messaging. Background in troubleshooting and customer service with emphasis on communication skills.

- Computer provisioning and re-provisioning
- Management of computers using MDM software
- Administer SaaS tools (Okta, Slack, G-Suite, Zoom, Atlassian Suite)
- Manage IT supplies and new orders
- IT Support Tickets including hardware, software, audio, and video issues
- New employee onboarding & hardware assistance
- Manage conference-room tools and devices (TV and communication devices)
- Reboot and apply software updates to all conferencing devices (iPads, Cameras)
- Printer, Scanner, Audio & Video configuration, troubleshooting and support
- Equipment procurement
About You
- 2+ years working in the IT field
- Industry experience working exclusively in a MacOS environment
- Experience administering A/V in conference rooms
- Excitement and experience serving users and meeting their needs
- Experience supporting Okta and other SaaS tools (such as G-suite, Zoom, Atlassian)
- Enthusiastic about promoting an exciting in-office atmosphere
- Comfortable setting priorities and meeting Service level agreements
- Passionate and committed to automation and removing friction, helping users fall into the "pit of success"
- A creative, versatile approach to solving problems with technology - the variety of problems you face will rarely have a well-defined, obvious solution
- Work with internal and external customers to understand pain points and develop solutions
Compensation
Base Salary: $68,000 - $88,000
Within our pay range, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications such as skills, experience, and education/training.
Other Cash Incentives: For many of our positions, other cash incentives are also available.
Stock Options: The opportunity for ownership is an exciting part of Amperity's total compensation package. Every employee at Amperity receives a new-hire equity grant, commensurate with the scope of their position.
