Job Description

We’re looking for a Finance Operations Analyst to join Procore’s Finance Transformation team. In this role, you’ll focus on our quote-to-cash processes and will partner with key finance stakeholders to find quick wins, lead transformation initiatives, and deploy scalable long-term process and technology solutions for our complex and growing business. 

As a Finance Operations Analyst, you will work closely with your colleagues on the FSO team in Deal Desk, Order Management, Accounts Receivable, and Revenue Accounting. You will also work cross-functionally with our broader partners (i.e. Finance Systems, Revenue Systems, Revenue Operations, Strategy, and Execution) to improve overall operational efficiency through business processes, systems, and insight improvements.

A successful Finance Operations Analyst candidate will have a customer-centric mentality and will always ask how our work is making Procore better by improving the lives of both our internal and external customers. Prior experience influencing and crafting best-in-class finance and quote-to-cash processes is highly desirable. This position reports to the Senior Manager of Finance Transformation and will be remote. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.

What you’ll do:

  • Obtain an understanding of the processes and systems utilized in Procore’s quote to cash flow and support relevant process and technology improvements
  • Facilitate collaboration between the FSO Organization, Revenue Organization, and Technical Teams
  • Develop positive relationships with FSO teammates, and understand how they respond to change to help them through major transformations in their teams and processes
  • Advocate for scalable, profitable, and best-in-class quotes to cash operations
  • Define and manage key metrics to measure the impact of business process improvement initiatives and delivery against business value cases

What we’re looking for:

  • BA/BS degree in business with a focus on finance, accounting, related, or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years experience in Revenue Accounting, Deal Enablement, Revenue Operations, FP&A, Finance Transformation, and/or related functions
  • Expertise Quote to Cash processes and systems
  • Familiarity with technical team Agile processes
  • Highly proactive with a passion for continuous improvement
  • Experience thinking strategically and using data to solve complex business problems, leading to customer-first recommendations and action plans including change management
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and an understanding of how to synthesize details depending on the audience
  • Strong influencing skills; assertive without being antagonistic or alienating; ability to build relationships and work in a collaborative and team-centric culture

Additional Information

Base Pay Range $72,280 - $99,385. Eligible for Equity Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
