Your Mission
You'll provide high-level administrative support to our CEO and Executive Teams, operating diligently and discretely.

• Manage C-Suite and Executive weekly, monthly and annual calendars to ensure smooth scheduling
• Coordinate internal & external meetings for C-Suite, including all necessary and relevant resources including travel, accommodation and supporting materials.
• Provide administrative support in preparation for organisation and team events including executive & board meetings, investor events and retreats, with significant events in June, August, September, December and January.
• Support international travel arrangements including travel itineraries, VISAs, and stakeholder coordination for meetings

Requirements
To be best suited for success in this role, we see you bringing:

• 5 Years + previous experience working with C-level leaders in an executive support capacity.
• You will bring meticulous attention to detail, comfortable working under high levels or pressure and capable of identify key objectives for prioritsation. You must also be able to operate in a discrete, confidential and emotionally mature way.
• Full fluency in both French and English is critical.

You must be available and committed to a contract July 2024 - January 2025.
