Job Description:

If you have a passion for communicating the virtues of technology products to a wide variety of audiences, we'd like to talk to you. Microchip's 8-bit MCU business unit is looking for the newest member of its Mass Market Outbound team, who will be responsible for creating and distributing compelling content and campaigns for our Mass Market customers.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and execute successful marketing campaigns for 8-bit Microcontrollers and development tools
• Coordinating with our Product Marketing team to develop supporting content for successful product launches
• Developing compelling messaging and visuals for product and tool advertisements
• Managing the development and update process for the business unit's Web properties
• Working with other Microchip business units to build cross-divisional campaigns and collateral
• Coordinating with technical and marketing resources within the business unit to develop content for contributed articles
• Performing as a divisional "spokesperson", with support for written and in-person interviews with editors and analysts

Requirements/Qualifications:

Qualifications/Requirements

• BS degree in an engineering discipline is required, Electrical or Computer Engineering is preferred
• 2+ years' experience marketing and managing technology products, with proven experience developing successful campaigns, collateral, and advertising
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must be comfortable working with metrics and data
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools
• Must be an excellent presenter, with a knack for building consensus around your ideas
