Department Summary
This role will be working within a collaborative and fast-paced environment spanning the Boost Mobile & Infinite and broader DISH Retail Wireless organization. The focus will be on managing the company's go-to-market strategy across digital & local marketing, offers, and new product introductions. This position will coordinate across our marketing, finance, product, IT and operational teams to execute the Boost Infinite go-to-market plan.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate the execution of GTM strategies from ideation through to launch, aligning with internal teams to ensure operational success without encroaching on product or marketing creation roles.
- Facilitate collaboration across departments, including Product, Marketing, Loyalty, Operations, Sales, IT, Finance, Customer Support, other internal businesses, and external partners, to ensure a cohesive approach to market launches.
- Manage daily operational requirements and resolve issues related to GTM activities, ensuring timely delivery in a dynamic, high-stakes environment.
- Develop and refine operational processes to improve GTM efficiency and scalability, aligning closely with IT to enhance system infrastructure and data capabilities.
- Responsible for deployment and coordination of local marketing activities with in-store merchandising activations.
- Lead the production of market-driven product marketing materials and sales tools that adhere to core company messaging and strategy, focusing solely on coordination and operational aspects.
- Monitor and report on GTM performance, establishing key performance indicators that track effectiveness and support strategic decision-making.
- Support the repositioning of brands and products in the marketplace, focusing on operational and logistical aspects of branding efforts.
- Implement and maintain operational metrics that provide clear visibility into the successes and areas for improvement within the GTM process.
- Stakeholder Management: Build trust and relationships with key internal stakeholders such as Product, Marketing, Finance, Technology, and other key external partners.
- Collaborate cross-functionally and lead a market-driven approach to customer needs, product launches and new market introductions. Produce compelling product marketing and sales enablement materials that align with Boost's core messaging and go-to-market strategy. D
- Execution: Deliver on time in a high-stakes environment where multiple priorities will need to coexist simultaneously.
- Establish a set of key performance indicators and provide consistent reporting against the marketing team's objectives.
- Drive efficiency in Boost's marketing efforts while also focusing on how to continually improve team and program productivity for future scalability.
- Attract, develop and retain strong talent. Build a GTM team that includes our Local Marketing activities and in-store Merchandising, that will be able to seamlessly and cohesively support all wireless brands as a shared service. Instill best practices and continue to develop and structure a performance-based marketing team that efficiently executes the company's overall and go-to-market strategy.
- Help create an inclusive, dynamic working environment that brings out the best in reporting managers and creates a clear path for staff growth both within marketing and across organizational lines.
Skills, Experience and Requirements
- 10+ years of high-level GTM leadership experience.
- Experience marketing digital products with a focus on online conversion mechanics.
- Polished executive presence with extensive experience interacting with senior leaders across an Enterprise and the ability to communicate effectively across varying audiences.
- Collaborative, hands-on approach to work that is reflected through their management style and employee communications.

- BA required; MBA preferred.
Salary Ranges
Compensation: $185,000.00/Year - $225,000.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
