An Insider's view of NuvoAir

How would you describe the company’s work-life balance?

We are a collaborative, hard-working and motivated team that works hard and celebrates our wins together. We have flexible hours and a “trust first” mentality. We have an unlimited PTO policy and are encouraged to take as much time as we need to recharge. I never worked for a company where people felt so comfortable bringing their authentic selves!

Val

What projects are you most excited about?

All of NuvoAir’s projects are aimed at gathering as much information as possible for folks to help manage their diagnosis and symptoms are exciting and rewarding to me. Having supported family members with lung disease for many years, I’ve seen first hand how finding the right treatment or medication can make a world of difference.

Brett

What is your vision for the company?

We want to create technology that help people live a better life. Our experts work with patients to see how services, data point collection and connected med devices deliver more value to their health care experience and our development team creates new technology to support those efforts.

Lindsey

What is your vision for the company?

Our mission is to proactively and continuously engage and empower people diagnosed with respiratory conditions and those who care for them. My vision internally is exactly the same. All NuvoAir employees should feel engaged and empowered, supported and cared for by everyone around them. That’s how we make a real difference in the healthcare world!
