What will you do?

  • Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to prospective and current clients as well as to internal teams.
  • Collaborate and interact with multiple roles across the organization, such as executives, functional and technical consultants, project managers, and others
  • Build and implement product strategies consistent with company vision.
  • Liaise with development team to gain an in-depth knowledge that you can relate to customers – and to let them in on user behavior and/or any potential changes clients would like.
  • Uncover business problems with clients and offer solutions with our technology.
  • Conduct research into the industry – including competitor research. Provide suggestions to enhance the product's functionalities and features following the company's business strategy and customer needs and expectations.
  • Review design and test documents to verify that the design will meet the defined requirements.
  • Work with delivery teams to ensure they are supported in implementing our solutions for their clients.
  • Review and prioritize activities according to business needs.
  • Learn D365 Project Operations and sa.global IP solutions.

Required skills:

  • 5+ years of experience working with or implementing ERP solutions, ideally with D365 BC, D365 F&O but also Pantheon, Oracle, Upis or similar.
  • Strong understanding of business applications, finances, and business processes.
  • Work experience as a pre-sales consultant or role in product management is a plus.
  • Experience working in the consulting or professional services industry is a must.
  • Some experience and/or understanding of Microsoft Dynamics Power Platform
  • Ability to resolve problems independently using an analytical approach.
  • Customer-centric approach and great communication skills.
  • Ability to work with team members across the globe.
  • Good written and spoken English language.
  • University degree.

  • Some travel may be required.
