Working within the Customer Success Operations Team, you will help the team with its projects, including but not limited to maintaining the use-case library, creating or maintaining content in our e-learning platform and other knowledge bases, and managing our internal tools. You will report to the VP of Customer Success Operations.

Contract & Location:

  • Permanent full-time contract
  • Paris Office
  • Smooth remote work policy (up to 3 days a week)

What you will do:

  • You will work closely with the global Client team to ensure they have all the materials, tools, processes, and data they need to successfully work with their clients. Some projects will require you to work with other teams as well, most often the Customer Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Revenue Operations teams. 
  • The role has a degree of autonomy and you will be expected to manage your own workflow and projects within the context of the overall team’s workflow, projects and strategy; projects will be quite diverse and may require working on several topics at the same time. The ideal candidate will be rigorous, autonomous, and flexible to respond to the company’s ever-changing needs.

A few examples of your responsibilities:

  • Creating and maintaining internal and external education materials and training decks
  • Maintaining and updating our client databases
  • Implementing and maintaining processes to improve or maintain customer engagement
  • Managing all the internal tools specifically used within the Client Team (timesheet, CS platform, client activity dashboard, client usage monitoring dashboard, etc.)
  • Working on ad-hoc cross-functional projects, as needed

What we look for:

  • You are autonomous in your work and you can multitask
  • You are computer literate, with a good knowledge of Google Workspace or MS Office as well as the confidence to get to grips quickly with our internal software systems
  • Strong soft skills: you are rigorous, proactive, collaborative and you have a hands-on attitude
  • Excellent communication skills: you are fluent in French and have a very good level of English (spoken and written)
  • You can adapt quickly and work well in a fast-paced environment (adaptability in ambiguity is key)
  • A previous experience working in Customer Success field teams (Customer Success Managers, Account Management, Professional Services, Solution Architects) and/or Operations is a plus
