Creative Studio Resource Manager (Contract)
Position Purpose
This role offers the opportunity to drive effective resource allocation and team performance within our creative function at productionglue (a TAIT Company). The Resource Manager plays a crucial role in shaping our project success and ensuring a high level of efficiency and effectiveness in our operations. The Resource Manager leads and manages the strategic deployment of resources within productionglue creative services. The primary responsibility is to plan, forecast, measure, and track the effective utilization of resources. Additionally, the Resource Manager will collaborate with Director of Creative Services and the Global Studio Resource Manager alignment with the company's goals and strategies to determine best practices across the organization. This role involves cultivating an environment that optimizes the performance of our diverse talent pool of staff and contributors across disciplines, supporting the efforts of company leadership.
Minimum Qualifications
To perform the essential responsibilities, individuals must have the following level of education and experience, or equivalent combination. Additionally, the following certifications, knowledge, skills, or physical requirements are necessary for the position.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in resource management, organizational management, project management, or a related field.
- Experience in guiding and managing diverse teams, fostering a positive work environment, and maximizing the potential of each team member.
- Strong understanding of agency processes and departmental roles.
- Communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams, articulate strategies, and negotiate resource allocations.
- Analytical skills including data visualization to assess project requirements, anticipate resource needs, and resolve conflicts.
- Preferred: Familiarity with relevant software and tools for project and resource management (Workfront, Mosaic, Asana, Airtable)
- Industry Knowledge in 1 or more of the following: Location Based Entertainment, Creative Design, Architecture, Interactive Design, Media/Content Production, Live Events.
Working Conditions and Physical Effort
- This role can be done fully remote, but easy access to one of our NA office locations is preferable- New York, Los Angeles, Orlando, Las Vegas, Boulder, Lititz PA.
Essential Responsibilities/Accountabilities
- Own and maintain internal resourcing and project management platforms.
- Maintain exceptional knowledge of talent within departments, including workload and skills.
- Resolve staffing conflicts and balancing workloads.
- Maintain data on workload capacity, allocations, and availability.
- Optimize talent on client teams based on task alignment and budget.
- Review monthly utilization reports and sharing insights with leadership.
- Strategize department staffing needs based on client forecasts and trends, and identifying needs for freelance talent.
- Create business cases and job descriptions for new hires, both temporary and full-time.
- Onboard new hires and freelancers in collaboration with Talent Acquisition and HR teams.
- Continuously improve system processes and fostering a connected and inclusive creative department culture.
- Ensure talent mobility within the agency and network.
- Support creative services leadership on strategic internal Studio projects
- Serve as an internal liaison for the creative services department to TAIT enabler functions
- Perform assigned duties according to the policies and expectations prescribed by the company.

Anticipated Work Hours: 40 hours/week, 9:30am-5:30pm EST, potential for nights & weekends as needed
Desired Contract Start Date: June 3rd
Anticipated Contract End Date: November 22nd
Weekly Contract Salary Range: $1600-1900/week
