Are you passionate about supporting organizational development and talent management initiatives? We are seeking a program support specialist to join our Talent and Performance (TAP) team. Reporting directly to the Director of TAP Programs, in this role you will focus on providing essential program support to our Program Managers and assisting in the seamless execution of talent and performance development initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Analytics: Run training reports and gather analytics for specific business groups as requested by Program Managers. Helping highlight insights to inform decision-making.
  • Intranet Management: Update our TAP intranet pages with relevant information and support with the maintenance of collateral. You'll be helping us ensure that resources are up to date and easily accessible to our workforce.
  • Talent Planning Support: Collaborate with the TAP team during Focal and Talent Planning, by assisting in the creation of calibration decks that facilitate discussions for our leaders.
  • Program Documentation & Support: Develop templates, training materials, and other program documentation that support the execution of talent development initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience. You'd likely be a candidate that is new to the workforce or have 1+ years of experience.
  • You write to convey information to diverse stakeholders
  • You interact in a positive and professional posture, with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • You are an active listener, collaborative and can empathize with others
  • Knowledge or experience in human resources, talent management or organizational development
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze situations and provide recommendations based on data and insights.
  • Customer service orientation, with a commitment to improving the employee experience and meeting the needs of internal stakeholders.
  • You're a life long learner and have the skills to adapt.
  • You're have some experience in generating reports, creating presentations, and managing documentation.

US COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The hourly pay ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these states. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the hourly pay range for your specific location.

EA has listed the hourly pay ranges it in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in the locations listed, as of the time of this posting. Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.

HOURLY PAY RANGES • California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. Sacramento):

º $29 - $43 USD Hourly • Washington (depending on location e.g. Seattle vs. Spokane):

º $25 - $39 USD Hourly

The hourly rate is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees.
