Your Role:

  • Identifying and addressing user concerns on account security, account hacking and misuse of documents
  • Handling requests related to changes in Personally Identifiable Information (PII) details, ensuring adherence to the right documentation, checks and process
  • Implementing checks for users showing fair play violations in fantasy gaming, ensuring compliance with established rules and regulations
  • Investigating security incidents, analysing risk factors, and recommending proactive measures to mitigate potential threats
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement security enhancements and maintain regulatory compliance
  • Maintaining comprehensive documentation & data related to all cases handled and any exceptions/ approvals/ clarifications taken
  • Staying updated with emerging threats and industry best practices to enhance security measures continuously
  • Being able to work on data analytics and run pre-designed SQL queries

Qualifiers:

  • 2+ years of experience in risk management/ fraud prevention
  • Previous experience in handling Verification/Account Security matters, such as credit card frauds, banking verification/frauds, and payment operations
