• Operate as a frontline, primary support liaison between INFOCON and our clients and effectively respond to inquiries of both a product and technical nature received by telephone or electronically submitted tickets

  • 2 plus years accounting experience preferrable.
  • Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable experience.
  • Manage Fee Schedules changes and billing for Print Mail and PS projects.
  • Provide customer support for County Access, SidwellMaps.com and Tax Collection systems and other offices within HLG County.
  • Great communication skills, both verbal and written, that includes ability to communicate with internal and external people as changes occur in tasks assigned.
  • Customer-service orientation.
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of PA county government tax operations, billing or financial systems beneficial.
  • Location - Individual will work out of the Ebensburg, PA office.

• Email technology troubleshooting• Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize work effectively• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to grasp concepts quickly• Other duties as assigned by management.
