What You'll Do:

  • 10+ years of full life cycle executive recruiting experience, both tech and non-tech, in competitive market spaces
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

  • Project management: Experience driving/leading multi-faceted executive hiring initiatives across various functional groups
  • Ability to influence peers, candidates, stakeholders, partners through quality data, sound decision making, and executive presence
  • Comfort with ambiguity; ability to quickly pivot to meet the changing needs of Chewy
  • Passion for the candidate experience and representing the Chewy brand throughout talent lifecycle
