Salary Budget: 40-52k GBP

The next step in achieving our mission is to continue to expand the educational content and experiences for our global learners. To do so, we need to understand the impact of all of our educational content, onboarding experiences, live events, cohort learning experiences, and more.

The Associate Data Analyst for HubSpot Academy will play a crucial role in leveraging data to inform decision-making, drive strategy, and optimize the impact of our educational content and initiatives. This individual will work to leverage data-driven insights and recommendations to continuously improve the performance and effectiveness of all HubSpot Academy educational content and experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand key objectives and goals for all HubSpot Academy educational content and experiences
  • Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and maintain regular reporting dashboards for key performance metrics
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support strategic decision-making and program optimization
  • Drive data-driven recommendations for improving content engagement and user experience
  • Monitor and evaluate the impact of content and community initiatives on key business metrics
  • Work cross-functionally with various teams to ensure alignment on data analysis and insights

You’ll be successful in this role if:

  • You’re professionally fluent in English.
  • You’re passionate about education and helping people learn new skills and grow themselves and their businesses -- globally.
  • You have experience working with global teams and building cross-functional relationships with stakeholders. 
  • You have 1-2 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in an educational or community program setting.
  • You have strong organizational skills and an eye for detail.
  • You are proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization software (e.g., Looker, Amplitude, Tableau)
  • You have a customer-first mentality, which is essential to the success of this role. 
  • You have project management skills, including the ability to develop and implement project plans, manage timelines, and prioritize tasks effectively. 
  • Nice to have: You’re currently certified with HubSpot Academy.
  • Nice to have: Bilingual in English and at least one other language (Spanish, French, or German).
