We are looking to embed Generative AI into our ecosystem of products to enable Fortune 500 companies to secure their infrastructure against evolving threats at a velocity that is faster than humanly possible.

To achieve this, we are looking for a technology leader, with experience in Generative AI, a high level of learning agility, and a clear desire to make their mark on the IT industry.

Primary Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the architectural principles and design of your team's Generative AI components.
  • Act as the Generative AI technology leader for the team, while leading the team in developing data-related strategies, frameworks, and toolsets
  • Act as the Generative AI technology mentor for the team; actively developing and growing the skills of your colleagues through daily activities as well as planned development efforts.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI frameworks, ensuring the incorporation of best practices and emerging trends into projects
  • Enable the sale and adoption of our products by working with the sales team to clearly communicate the technical aspects of our products.
  • Work with product management to help them understand the capabilities available to them via Generative AI technologies and jointly innovate on new ways to help customers.

Required Qualifications

  • Clear understanding of graphs and graph theory problems
  • Direct experience with Agile Development and related project tracking tools
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Clojure, Scala and Python.
  • Extensive experience with data manipulation libraries and machine learning frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Demonstrated experience with advanced statistical techniques, hypothesis testing, and experimentation.
  • Proven ability to work with large datasets.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business questions into architectural solutions.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

  • IT Security experience
  • IT Operations experience
  • DevOps experience
