Responsible for managing the P&L for middle market commercial property and casualty general industry package business in the Midwest region. Drive implementation of strategic objectives, oversee underwriting process, and maintain profitability and growth objectives. Partner with commercial directors, maintain underwriting authority, and collaborate with home office underwriting leadership to ensure compliance to underwriting practices. Maintain market presence and establish cross-sell plans. Lead and manage staff in the area of responsibility.
