Manage all top of the house operational data-related and reporting-related initiatives for Client Advocacy and other supported areas. Lead the development and maintenance of data warehouse and reporting solutions. Establish formal policies for data governance and collaborate with Insurance leaders on data validation and testing. Develop predictive data models and reporting dashboards for business leaders. Own the Client Advocacy Operational Data Governance Program and chair the Data Governance Council. Establish refined department processes for business intelligence and investment reporting. Implement continuous feedback loop for stakeholders on data and reporting needs.
