Role

We are seeking a growth focused, hands-on People Operations Associate to play a crucial role with opportunity to make considerable contributions to the future People infrastructure at Reorg. Reorg is going through various transformations when it comes to the investment in People systems, currently implementing HRIS (HiBob), Payroll and Intranet systems - this naturally is providing maturity in people processes, policies and data. At first this role would be focused on designing, configuring, integrating, setting up automations and cleaning historical data for uploads, whilst also being the first point of contact for all employee level queries and people operations tasks. In the long-term the incumbent in this role should continue to maintain and develop what has been built, whilst also acting as an analytics and operations expert for requests from the wider people team or business, through different activities such as M&A, Performance, Engagement, Workforce Planning, Compensation and Benefits. This role shall report to the People Strategy & Operations Lead, with other key stakeholders being HRBPs, Talent Management, IT, Payroll, Legal & Compliance.

Responsibilities:

People Systems & Processes:

  • Global subject-matter expert for Reorg’s HR technology stack, most notably our HRIS (HiBob), encompassing core HR, employee engagement surveys, and performance reviews.
  • Gather business requirements from various stakeholders and configure HRIS workflows, automation triggers, and integrations. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement  to ensure optimal configuration for scale, efficiency, data integrity, and stakeholder experience.
  • Document and manage all HR-related processes and workflows, including RACI models, process flow blueprints, and documenting development areas. Develop high-quality, employee-facing enablement resources on HR policies, processes, and technologies.
  • Act as the first line of People Team queries and requests from employees. Helping the business on admin tasks, such as: New Hire/Exits; Benefits Enrollments; and Documentation requests etc - with the aim that manual recurring requests are roadmapped to be automated.

Policies & Compliance:

  • Globally reviewing and maintaining our set of current and future people policies and practices. Proposing edits for necessary regulatory updates or adjustments to process wording reflect true internal practice.
  • Ensuring compliance with any reporting standards within countries we operate in, be it benefits related, demographic ethnicity reporting etc.

People Analytics, Reporting & Project Management:

  • Maintain the accuracy of HR data and reporting, including but not limited to headcount, turnover, performance, compensation, and changes reports.
  • Run various ad-hoc data and/or reporting requests from the business.
  • Create, maintain, and deliver reports, dashboards, and visualizations for stakeholders.
  • Maintain the People data infrastructure, updating systems to reflect organizational changes and running audits. Identify areas to update HR data taxonomies or introduce new fields across systems where appropriate for enhancing business intelligence/efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Experience with HR operations (policies, processes, HRIS, data management, and reporting)
  • Understanding of how back end HRIS / business systems work - HiBob is a plus
  • Passion for enhancing processes in a scalable, system/data savvy efficient manner
  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience reporting and visualizing data in a clear, compelling way
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills  to collaborate with global teams and cross functions
  • Attention to detail, particularly when it comes to data management and reporting
  • Highly organized with the ability to roadmap/prioritize current and future developments areas
