What we need

  • Our platform is central to Stride’s Growth so we are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Implementation Specialist to join our growing team at Stride. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing implementations across multiple products for our external partners. We are looking for someone with strong communication, organization, and project management skills, as well as a high level of autonomy and drive for continuous improvement.

What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end implementations of our products for external partners, ensuring timely and successful delivery according to established requirements and timelines.
  • Collaborate closely with partnership managers and product managers internally to gather and establish implementation requirements, and to coordinate efforts in delivering solutions to the customer.
  • Serve as the internal company liaison between sales, partnerships, engineering, and product teams, facilitating communication and alignment in the setup of new programs and expansion of existing programs.
  • Develop and maintain simultaneous project plans, timelines, and status reports to track progress and ensure all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the implementation process.
  • Provide training and support to clients during the implementation phase, ensuring a smooth transition and optimal utilization of our products.
  • Identify and escalate any implementation risks or issues to relevant stakeholders, and work proactively to address and resolve them in a timely manner.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve implementation processes and procedures, driving efficiencies and enhancing the overall customer experience.

What you will need

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role, managing implementations/customer onboarding for software products or solutions.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively engage and interact with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent organization and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • General understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), including Agile methodologies.Proven ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment, fostering teamwork and driving results.
  • Experience in lending, fintech, or similarly regulated industry is a plus, but not required
