Finance Manager, FP&A
System1 is a leading customer acquisition marketing platform that delivers customers to advertisers and our own subscription products. System1 became a public company in January 2022.
We are looking for a Finance Manager, FP&A to join the corporate finance team. You will have an immediate impact and large role on a small team that is responsible for all FP&A aspects across the organization. This role will have visibility into operations across System1, supporting business units and public company needs. This is a hybrid role based out of the Marina Del Rey office, reporting to the Sr. Manager, Finance.
The Role You Will Have:
- Build and maintain financial models with revenue, KPI, and cost drivers across multiple business units and at the corporate level
- Key role in the monthly forecast cycle, working with business leads forecasting revenue and profit trends
- Full visibility of the P&L working on revenue and Opex models
- Responsible for producing monthly operational packages for business leads and senior
- management
- Manage financial models and processes to support public company and corporate needs
- Prepare investor presentation materials
- Support the annual budget and other corporate planning initiatives
- Lead varied ad-hoc projects and analyses
What You Will Bring:
- 4+ years of Financial Planning & Analysis experience or 4+ years of experience in Accounting Operations
- Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Advanced knowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel and financial modeling
- Ability to complete tasks from beginning to end with a high level of accuracy and with little supervision
- High attention to detail with an ability to multitask in a high growth environment
- Experience managing and improving processes
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with teams across the organization
- Proven ability to meet deadlines, prioritize workload and proactively find solutions
- Willingness to learn, take on new responsibilities, and adapt to changing business needs
