Andreas Rekdal is Built In’s former director of editorial development, who oversaw features, content updates and news coverage. He has covered startups and the tech industry as a reporter and editor since 2015.

Rekdal holds a degree in philosophy and political science from Concordia College. He previously worked for The Carnegie Council for Ethics in International Affairs and Emetra, a Norwegian healthtech startup. He contributed to the book Toward Peace with Justice: One Hundred Years of the Carnegie Council.
