Lead the creation and commercial growth of KUKUI’s managed marketing services offering. Define its scope, pricing, positioning, and quality standards; personally lead early client strategy and delivery; oversee paid media, SEO, AEO, social, content, reputation, and direct marketing; embed AI and automation into service delivery; and build the team, playbooks, technology, and reporting systems needed to scale quality and client ROI.

Generate new sales opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, email and social outreach. Qualify leads, schedule client demonstrations, manage objections, research target accounts, update CRM records, meet activity and qualified-opportunity quotas, and provide feedback for process improvement. The role requires strong communication, organization, persistence, coachability, and familiarity with CRM and sales automation tools. SaaS or automotive aftermarket experience is preferred.

Manages client relationships, account reviews, marketing campaigns, and platform usage for multiple clients. Coordinates with sales, developers, designers, production, and client teams; communicates marketing best practices; evaluates market performance; resolves issues; tracks results; and ensures client satisfaction while managing multiple deadlines and projects.
