Senior QA Automation Engineer responsible for designing, building, and maintaining Rust/Java-based automated test frameworks. Participate across the SDLC to create test plans, execute black-/white-box, security, performance, and mobile testing, diagnose root causes, and improve testing processes. Own day-to-day operations and go-to-market for Binance Chat: manage feature rollouts, content governance, metrics, user feedback, and cross-functional coordination to improve growth, engagement, and product health.

Conduct original research on generative AI and LLMs for crypto/finance, design and run rigorous experiments, build evaluation frameworks, develop post-training and test-time scaling methods, and collaborate with engineers to deploy research into production focused on agent reasoning, alignment, and robustness.
