The Assistant Account Manager supports commercial lines accounts in the entertainment sector by handling insurance certificates, policy changes, audits, and client presentations while meeting production goals.

The Account Manager oversees insurance accounts, providing professional service to clients and resolving complex service issues while collaborating with HUB teams for retention and business growth.

Manage and service commercial insurance client accounts: handle renewals, quotes, endorsements, maintain records, assist sales reps, market accounts, negotiate with underwriters, and prepare reports. Provide positive client and coworker communication and work toward professional development (CISR). Maintain required licensing and fulfill continuing education.

Support benefits enrollment by maintaining online enrollment platforms, processing open and special enrollments, resolving data discrepancies, and answering client technology and eligibility inquiries. Provide cross-functional operations support: maintain trackers, coordinate meetings, take notes, update onboarding docs, manage SharePoint/Confluence content, conduct vendor/tool research, and apply AI tools to streamline workflows.

Support Account Managers and Producers by processing policy transactions, preparing renewals and proposals, maintaining client files and data, communicating with clients and carriers, and providing general account servicing and administrative support.

Manage and resolve complex commercial claims across multiple lines, exercising independent judgment on coverage, reserves, negotiations, and litigation oversight. Serve as primary claims advisor to clients, respond to emergencies 24/7/365, prepare reports, and maintain records in EPIC while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Manage a book of personal-lines insurance accounts, serve as client primary contact, handle policy transactions, retention, and cross-selling. Liaise with carriers and underwriters, resolve service/claims issues, prepare reviews and reports, and support less experienced staff while maintaining accurate account records and meeting production goals.

Support accounting and FP&A functions including month-end close, GL maintenance in Oracle, balance sheet reconciliations, variance analysis, forecasting, budgeting, ad hoc financial analysis, and integration of acquired businesses.
