Analyze and adjudicate complex workers' compensation claims, manage litigation and settlements, calculate reserves and benefits, coordinate vendors, pursue recoveries/subrogation, ensure regulatory filings and client communication, and close claims within service expectations.

Manage a caseload of highly complex insurance claims (typically $1M+), including coverage, litigation, and financial exposure.
