Lead systems engineering efforts (80% technical) and serve as a functional homeroom manager (20%) for 10–15 engineers. Manage staffing, performance evaluations, mentoring, compliance, and program coordination. Work full-time on-site in El Segundo; requires active Top Secret clearance and SAP access; travel up to 20%.

Design, implement, and assess security controls and system security architectures per NIST SP 800-53, CNSSI 1253, and DoD RMF. Provide technical analyses and solutions for cyber infrastructure, develop/implement security baselines, support requirements, integration, test and V&V, participate in design reviews, and operate/configure tools such as Rapid7, Trellix, and Splunk while supporting ATO/IATT processes.

Support program managers and cost account managers with Earned Value Management, budget baselines, variance analysis, forecasts, and government cost reporting. Prepare/submit CDRLs (IPMR), maintain cost/schedule integration, and use tools like MPM, SAP/BW, wInsight, and MS Office to produce visibility reports and support program monthly processes.

Design and develop launcher hardware concepts and solid models, produce engineering drawings using GD&T, support procurement, fabrication, assembly checkout and test, perform trade studies, generate task plans and proposals, and collaborate with stakeholders. Occasional domestic travel; onsite four days per week.

Design, implement, and assess system security architectures and controls to meet NIST, CNSSI, and DoD RMF requirements. Perform technical analyses, support integration/test and ATO activities, and configure security tools (Rapid7, Trellix, Splunk). Serve as an ISSE, develop security baselines, and participate in design/review activities for secure system deployments.

Support program managers and cost account managers with earned value management, cost/schedule integration, variance analysis, forecasting (ETC/EAC), baseline maintenance, and preparation/review of government cost performance reports using EVM tools and financial systems.

Develop and maintain system and subsystem architecture models in Cameo, ensure bidirectional traceability between Cameo and DOORS, support trade studies and design reviews, assist configuration management and verification planning, collaborate with cross-discipline teams, and provide MBSE guidance and training to stakeholders.

Lead supply chain strategy and execution for one or more programs: procurement planning, supplier performance, MRP-driven material planning, forecasting, budget and schedule management, risk mitigation, cross-functional coordination with the PMO, and briefing executives on cost and schedule impacts.

Develop and maintain integrated master plans and schedules (IMS); integrate schedules across functions; track performance, perform risk and critical path analysis; resolve logic conflicts; use MS Project, EVM, and schedule techniques (Gantt, PERT, milestones) to report variances and support program decision-making.

Lead and coordinate high-visibility customer engagements, distinguished-visitor tours, and executive site visits for the Sentinel program. Plan and execute events end-to-end, manage logistics, security clearances, stakeholder liaison across government and corporate partners, track KPIs and visitor feedback, and deliver post-event reporting to support capture and program objectives.
