Supervise and troubleshoot electrical and instrumentation issues, manage E & I Technicians, develop and implement electrical systems, and train staff on control systems.

Partner with business leaders to analyze processes and optimize business applications (OnBase, PageIQ, SharePoint, Teams, Microsoft 365). Design and support workflows, document management, automation, and integrations. Troubleshoot applications, manage configurations, assist with implementations, testing, and change management, and create user documentation and training. Stay current on AI-enhanced productivity tools.

Prepare and reconcile daily invoices, contracts, and balance sheets with merchandisers; communicate with stakeholders; provide ad hoc accounting support and other duties as assigned.

Coordinate customer orders from entry through fulfillment and invoicing, communicate status and delays, resolve pricing/billing/delivery issues, monitor inventory and logistics, maintain customer records, support sales, and prepare reports.

Develop and maintain full-stack applications using C#, .NET Core, Angular, and SQL. Use AI-enabled development tools to accelerate coding, testing, and code review. Apply TDD/BDD/ATDD and automated testing, work with Azure DevOps pipelines, collaborate with stakeholders, champion agile practices, and contribute to technology strategy and continuous improvement.

Supervise E&I technicians; maintain, troubleshoot, and calibrate PLCs, HMIs, process control and electrical systems; develop and install control systems; coordinate contractors; create training programs and documentation; manage projects, purchases, and schedules to minimize downtime.
