Lead on-site PLM and CAD program management for engineering software development and digital transformation. Manage global cross-functional teams, scope, schedule, budget, risks, and compliance; mentor PMs; implement PLM/CAD/ECAD solutions (Teamcenter, Windchill, UG NX, Solidworks, OrCAD, Altium) to improve engineering productivity and design quality.

Lead global finance policy, technical accounting, and training. Provide US GAAP guidance, support close/consolidation, audits, and balance sheet reviews. Drive policy governance, process improvements, ERP/system enhancements, and scalable finance training across regions while partnering with External Reporting, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Legal, and regional finance teams.

Owns strategic account relationships across multiple customers/regions, aligning sales and business units to customer roadmaps. Develops pricing and product positioning, coordinates RFQ/spec closures, manages demos and technical presentations, drives account financial targets (margin, book/bill, forecast), and leads division-level projects while mentoring junior staff.

Manage supplier technical requirements, selection, audits, and performance for semiconductor parts and cleaning. Collaborate with Surface Tech and Quality to ensure drawing clarity, lead supplier corrective actions and continuous improvement, support cost planning and new product introductions, and train other supplier engineers.

Senior account leadership role managing multiple customers and regions (China account focus). Sets division strategy, aligns product positioning to customer roadmaps, drives RFQ/spec closure, pricing strategy, demos and technical presentations. Responsible for meeting financial targets, managing division-level programs, mentoring junior staff, and contributing competitive intelligence to influence product priorities.
