Lead mechanical design, analysis, prototyping, validation, and supplier engagement for liquid-cooling components (cold plates, manifolds, housings). Create CAD models and GD&T, perform structural and fluid/thermal analysis, develop test plans, support EVT/DVT/PVT, drive manufacturability and supplier qualification, and resolve field issues to enable scalable production.

Lead design and build of the U.S. state and local tax (SALT) function. Oversee income/franchise, sales and use, property, excise, licenses, and unclaimed property compliance; manage audits and controversies; select and manage advisors and tax technology; implement controls, processes, and staffing for a scalable SALT operating model.

Lead planning, development and execution of supply chain processes; manage and mentor supply chain staff; oversee vendor and customer contracts; drive supplier management for product development and integration; interact with executives, customers and vendors to deliver customer requirements and meet financial targets.

Responsible for developing test methods, performing inspections, interpreting dimensional requirements, using CAD systems, and optimizing processes for quality measurement.

Lead industrial engineering initiatives to improve factory productivity, capacity planning, labor standards, and automation. Drive lean and continuous improvement programs, support NPI and high-volume production, perform data-driven analyses and simulations, and mentor teams while developing ROI-backed automation and Smart Factory solutions.

Design, validate, and implement tooling, jigs, and fixtures from prototype through production. Lead strain testing and material characterization, create and release detailed drawings, support manufacturing with tolerance analysis and design improvements, manage supplier sourcing and project activities for key accounts.

Support the Program Manager by generating reports and analyses, monitoring project actions, coordinating cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues, managing shipment and supply-chain problems, preparing customer presentations and reviews, and ensuring targets for quality, materials, testing, and on-time delivery are met.
