Manage onboarding and activation for single-store MedSpa accounts, conduct trainings, review performance and revenue data, implement strategies to increase usage and ROI, meet activation and usage targets, ensure compliance, resolve process gaps, and perform rotating operational duties within the first 30 days post-activation.

Manage a portfolio of 300–400 dental accounts (primarily DSOs) to drive product usage and growth. Build relationships with stakeholders, identify expansion opportunities, track KPIs, resolve partner issues, and collaborate cross-functionally to execute account strategies and meet quota.

Serve as the partner-facing lead for co-brand credit card partnerships, driving end-to-end launches and ongoing program growth. Own project plans, GANTT charts, RAID logs, KPI tracking, executive presentations, and cross-functional coordination across product, marketing, legal, compliance, operations, analytics, and partners. Travel monthly for face-to-face partner meetings.
