Support multi-site HR operations across six Illinois studios by managing full-cycle recruiting, onboarding/offboarding, learning and development, and in-studio support. Partner with hiring managers, deliver training programs, maintain compliance, and represent the studio to clients while traveling between locations to sustain staffing and culture.
