Own enterprise pipeline generation through integrated, omnichannel demand campaigns (paid, email, events, ABM, outbound, web). Partner closely with sales, use AI to automate enrichment and workflows, report on pipeline and ROI, optimize funnel gaps, and evolve enterprise playbooks to drive measurable revenue.

Lead the lifecycle motion from first login to power user: design experiments, run cross-channel Pendo-on-Pendo programs, use analytics to drive adoption, retention, and expansion, influence product roadmap, and manage a team of ~5 Adoption Managers plus Center of Excellence/Product Ops.

Generate high-quality sales-qualified meetings through strategic outbound campaigns (phone, email, social). Research target accounts, partner with Account Executives, log activity in Salesforce, build product and AI fluency, and drive pipeline that converts.

Define technical fluency standards for GTM roles, create hands-on enablement content (sandbox, integrations, APIs), translate product launches technically, measure enablement impact using sales and adoption metrics, calibrate AI call scoring, partner across GTM and Product, and engage in strategic pre/post-sale technical customer interactions.

Responsible for driving revenue growth through new and existing enterprise accounts, executing sales strategies, and engaging with executives to sell solutions and services.
