Manages Pardot, Salesforce, ABM, analytics, middleware, APIs, tracking infrastructure, permissions, workflows, vendor releases, and system audits. Maintains integration standards, UTM taxonomy, attribution tracking, and regression testing. Evaluates new tools, reduces technical debt, and uses AI-assisted workflows to improve operational efficiency. The role is hybrid in Austin, with limited remote eligibility in specified U.S. states.

Own the vision, roadmap, prioritization, and delivery of NinjaOne’s core endpoint management capabilities, including automations, policies, agents, configurations, and dashboards. Collaborate with engineering, design, support, customers, and MSPs to define requirements, workflows, and product improvements. Use customer feedback and usage data to guide decisions, ensure platform cohesion, and deliver scalable solutions for IT teams managing endpoints.

Own the enterprise pre-sales technical cycle, including discovery, demonstrations, solution architecture, proofs of concept, and implementation support. Partner with account executives, sales leadership, onboarding, and customer success to drive technical wins and adoption. Develop reusable demos, labs, scripts, battlecards, and playbooks while influencing product strategy and representing the company at customer events. The role requires strong enterprise IT operations knowledge, technical communication, and experience supporting B2B SaaS customers.
