Build, test, deploy, and operate backend-leaning full-stack platform features. Develop APIs, data models, caching, background processes, and user-facing tools while improving scalability, security, reliability, testing, CI/CD, and observability. Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams, address technical debt, participate in production support and on-call rotation, and independently deliver well-defined work across the software development lifecycle.

Lead outbound sales and partnerships to onboard helplines onto Aselo, manage ongoing customer relationships, run demos, produce market analysis, support pricing and proposals, coordinate cross-functionally, and represent Aselo at events. Role requires consultative selling, CRM use, occasional travel (~20%), and technical fluency with product configuration and basic Git/support tools.
