The System Administrator III is responsible for maintaining and supporting IT infrastructure by administering and troubleshooting operating systems, performing system maintenance, monitoring performance for reliability, and collaborating with teams for application support. They also mentor junior staff and enforce IT policies.

The Systems Engineer II develops, modifies, and codes systems infrastructure, implements and designs information systems, monitors system performance, and troubleshoots existing procedures. Key tasks include managing installed systems, installing management tools, and collaborating with other engineers to ensure high levels of system availability.
