Supervise and support daily administrative, financial, and operational functions of an urgent care site. Manage staff with Practice Manager, handle scheduling, supply ordering, opening/closing, ensure patient-centered service and HIPAA compliance, coach and develop employees, resolve patient issues, and maintain site performance metrics. BLS required.
