Own the product strategy and roadmap for the Universal Automation Center across workload, cloud/data pipeline, and real-time orchestration. Identify AI-driven product opportunities, define requirements, lead launches for SaaS and private cloud, and collaborate with sales, marketing, services, and support. Represent product externally and manage high-stakes customer escalations.

Support pre-sales and solution engineering tasks: assist in customer technical evaluations, build and test integrations, run proofs-of-concept, prepare tailored product demos, document configurations, and respond to RFIs to help drive customer adoption.
