Design, architect, configure, and deploy Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions, lead multiple D365 BC projects, build integrations and deployment pipelines, troubleshoot technical issues, support/customize existing environments, and act as SME for the team while participating in client-facing status meetings.

Lead and manage a sales team for advanced planning at cemetery locations, drive sales strategies to meet targets, recruit and train staff, generate community leads, analyze sales results and resolve contract/commission issues, meet with client families, ensure service quality, and handle related administrative and safety duties.

Assist families to arrange personalized memorial services, manage required paperwork and compliance, conduct and attend services, use company systems for contracts and merchandise, participate in on-call rotation, complete company training, maintain client files, and engage in community outreach.

Manage high-volume cash application and payment posting, reconcile deposits and GLs, resolve unapplied or misapplied payments, monitor aging and delinquent accounts, prepare AR reports and support month-end close, communicate with families and location managers, and assist with audits and process improvements.
