Provide clinical account management for long-term care clients: primary contact for assigned accounts, resolve service issues, support onboarding, deliver clinical education and QA audits, run vaccine clinics, prepare business reviews, document activities in Salesforce, and support local marketing and business development.

Responsible for accurate, timely reporting of revenue-cycle accounting activities. Collaborate with business unit management, lead projects to deadlines, analyze and solve accounting issues, plan work effectively, and work flexible hours during quarter/year-end close.
