Leads regional business development for a construction company by developing prospects, securing new project awards, managing client relationships, creating pursuit plans, and achieving annual sales goals. Collaborates with regional leadership, marketing, and operations on business development plans, RFP/RFQ responses, presentations, branding, and industry events. Maintains CRM records, strengthens client and influencer relationships, and identifies opportunities in new product and service areas.

Provides administrative and project support for construction teams by processing documents, contracts, invoices, correspondence, and filings. Coordinates paperwork with external partners, supports bid days, schedules appointments, manages office supplies and communications, and assists with routine project-team tasks. Requires strong communication, organization, Microsoft Office proficiency, and at least five years of technical office experience. Occasional travel to job sites or company offices is required.
