The RN Clinical Liaison develops hospital and medical-facility referral relationships, promotes hospice services, builds census, and supports growth goals. Responsibilities include visiting physicians, case managers, discharge planners, social workers, and healthcare providers; educating patients and families about hospice; assisting with eligibility determinations; and obtaining care consents. The role requires an active registered nurse license, healthcare sales or marketing experience, hospice knowledge, relationship-building skills, and reliable transportation for the Chattanooga territory.
