Leads the sales team to achieve monthly and annual quotas, grow revenue, manage customer relationships, support proposals and negotiations, and address performance gaps. Oversees forecasting, product availability, collections, recruiting, training, coaching, workflow, meetings, and policy compliance. Researches market trends, attends trade shows and company events, handles product issues and customer complaints, and visits customers in the field. Requires Japanese food industry expertise, bilingual communication, driving, and occasional weekend or after-hours availability.

Sells Japanese foods, seafood, beverages, and related products to restaurant, wholesale, and distribution customers. Meets sales targets, visits and educates customers, builds relationships, coordinates urgent deliveries and payments, enters orders into the company database, and supports customer satisfaction. Develop new and manage existing foodservice accounts, meet sales quotas, support Fresh Fish marketing, prepare sales reports, participate in trade shows, and maintain customer satisfaction. Coordinate West Coast trucking and air shipments, delivery routes, documentation, inventory activities, and customer issue resolution. The role requires frequent driving and business travel, Japanese and English fluency, basic Microsoft Office skills, and food wholesale or distribution experience.
