Manages data, communicates with students and stakeholders, conducts technology and visa orientations, ensures compliance, delivers customer service, and recommends process improvements.

Creates educational and exam-preparation materials for international tests, including lesson plans, study guides, videos, quizzes, and language-learning resources. Develops visa and travel guides, manages blog and social media content, collaborates with subject matter experts, localizes materials for diverse students, and evaluates content performance through analytics and feedback. The role is remote after an initial three-month fully onsite period.
